1. ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT

This Client Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Adrienne Troy, d/b/a Mystic Fox, LLC ("I," "me," or "my") and the client named below ("you"). It covers the sessions and services I provide, including Reiki, Emotion Code®, and tarot, intuitive, and mediumship readings, as well as educational courses and workshops ("Services").

This Agreement works together with my Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. For anything about your sessions, this Agreement controls if it conflicts with the Terms of Use.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Reiki and other energy work, including the kind used in Emotion Code® sessions, are gentle, holistic techniques used for stress reduction and relaxation.

Not Medical or Mental Health Care Energy work complements, and is not a replacement for, traditional medical or mental health care. I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, therapist, or other health care professional. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed professional. Please see a licensed professional for any physical or psychological concern, and continue any care or medication they've recommended.

Sensations During or After a Session Energy work may bring up emotions or physical sensations for some people. If you experience symptoms that persist, worsen, or concern you, please contact a medical or mental health professional.

Not for Emergencies My Services are not emergency care. If you are in crisis or in danger, call 911. In the U.S., you can also call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Readings Tarot, intuitive, and mediumship readings are offered for spiritual guidance, reflection, and are for entertainment purposes. Impressions cannot be confirmed or guaranteed, and I make no predictions or promises. I do not provide medical, legal, financial, or investment advice and am not an expert in those fields. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. HEALTH DISCLOSURES

Please tell me about any health-related information relevant to your session before each appointment, including new conditions, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or sensitivities to touch. I may decline or end a session and refer you to a licensed professional if I think it's appropriate.

4. CONSENT

Your participation is voluntary, and you may stop a session at any time. I'll explain each service to you the first time you receive it. Some sessions may involve light touch; you may decline touch at any time and for any reason. I may end a session at any time, without a refund, because of inappropriate behavior, conduct, or language.

5. MINORS

I may provide Services to a person under 18 only if a parent or legal guardian:

1. Books and pays for the Services;

2. Reads and signs this Agreement and the Waiver of Liability herein on the minor's behalf; and

3. Is present, or on the premises, for the entire session. For remote sessions, the parent or guardian must be at home and available during the session.

Confidentiality for Minors I keep a minor's session information confidential, but I may share general information about the session with the parent or guardian, at my discretion and taking the minor’s privacy into consideration. The exceptions in Section 6 (safety and legally required reporting) also apply.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

I will not discuss or share your information with anyone without your written consent (or a parent's or guardian's written consent, if you are a minor), except:

• Where the law requires disclosure

• Where necessary to prevent imminent harm to you or someone else\

• Where mandatory reporting laws apply to suspected abuse or neglect

Records I keep client records secure. They are accessed only by me and by service providers who help me store or process them, such as my website, scheduling, and email tools. Payments are processed through Square, PayPal, Venmo, and other payment platforms, and I do not store your full payment card details. My Privacy Policy explains more about the information I collect and how I use it.

7. RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED

Individual experiences and results vary. Complete healing or any specific result is never promised or guaranteed. Testimonials and online reviews do not promise specific outcomes.

8. NON-DISCRIMINATION

Every client and student is treated with respect and dignity. I do not discriminate based on race, age, religion, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, physical characteristics, national origin, language, education, HIV status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

9. REMOTE SESSIONS

If your session is online or by phone, you are responsible for a reliable internet connection and a private, distraction-free space. If there's a technical problem, I'll try to fix it or continue the session by phone or some other acceptable method. If we can't continue, I'll reschedule the session at no charge, if applicable. Please do not record a session, in audio or video, without my permission.

10. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Changes and Cancellations Please notify me at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change, cancel, or reschedule, text me at (513) 294-8788.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, you will owe 50% of the appointment fee, due on or before your next visit. I may waive this fee for illness or emergencies, at my discretion.

Late Arrival If you arrive late, your session may be shorter, and I will try to accommodate you but can't guarantee it. If I can't, the appointment will count as missed and 50% of the session fee will be due.

11. PAYMENT

Accepted Payment I accept credit card, cash, Apple Pay, and PayPal, and Venmo.

When Due For healing services and tarot readings, payment is due at booking for first-time clients. Returning clients may pay at the time of their session, if desired.

Refunds All sales are final and there are no refunds. If you were charged incorrectly, or can't access something you purchased, email MysticFox.us@gmail.com within 14 days and I'll work with you to resolve it.

Packages and Gift Certificates Package deals and gift certificates expire 1 year after purchase.

12. EDUCATIONAL CLASSES & TRAINING

A non-refundable (but transferable) registration fee may be required to register for certain classes and sessions. If you are unable to attend the class or session you registered for, and you notify me at least 1 week before the scheduled date, you may transfer the registration fee to another available date of your choosing.

​If making your final class payment via debit card or credit card through the website (www.MysticFox.us), your balance is due 2 days before the first day of class. You may also choose to pay your final balance via cash, ApplePay, Venmo, or PayPal, in which payment must be made no later than the morning of the scheduled event. 

A minimum of 1 week notice is required to cancel your registration and transfer your deposit fee. Your deposit may be used toward another class occurring within 1 year of the original scheduled class or session date(s).

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes are handled as described in Section 19 of my Terms of Use.

14. GENERAL

Entire Agreement This Agreement, the Waiver of Liability, my Privacy Policy, and my Terms of Use are the entire agreement between us about the Services.

Changes I may update this Agreement from time to time by posting the new version or notifying you. If you book after an update, you accept the updated version.

Severability If a court or the law makes any part of this Agreement invalid, the rest stays in effect.

No Waiver If I don't enforce a provision, that doesn't mean I've given it up.

Electronic Signatures You agree that electronic signatures and records are valid and binding.

14. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing or receiving services from Adrienne Troy, d/b/a Mystic Fox, LLC (Mystic Fox), you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in holistic and/or entertainment services that are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You agree that any decisions you make based on guidance received are made of your own free will.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Mystic Fox, its owner, and its employees and contractors from liability for claims arising from your use of these services, except where such claims result from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold Mystic Fox harmless from claims arising out of your own misuse of services or failure to disclose relevant health information.
