An Emotion Release session is a gentle, non-invasive process that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the subconscious mind and body. These unresolved emotions can contribute to stress, tension, physical pain, or repeating patterns in life.
Using intuitive techniques and biofeedback (such as muscle testing), we access the body’s natural intelligence to uncover emotional blocks. Once identified, these emotions are cleared using energy-based methods – no talk therapy required.
Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced after a session. This work supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and overall well-being. Sessions are suitable for adults, children, and even animals, and can be done in person or remotely.

After booking your first appointment, please complete the Client Intake Form available here. Upon your arrival, we will spend about 10-15 minutes discussing your history, past experiences with energy healing, and any specific concerns you’d like to address.
After the session, we will spend about 10 minutes reviewing the experience and discussing further treatment options.

An Emotion Release session is relaxed, gentle, and completely guided by intuition—you don’t need to prepare or relive past experiences.
We begin by identifying trapped emotions through muscle testing and intuitive questioning, then clear them using energy-based techniques. You’ll remain fully clothed and seated in a chair or on a massage table.
Each session lasts anywhere from 15-30 minutes, depending on how many emotions your body is able to release at any given time.
Many clients feel calm during the session and some may experience strong emotions. Those who are sensitive to energy may notice physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or energetic shifts, while others simply feel more grounded or peaceful. Each session is unique, but the process is always respectful of your needs. Sessions are designed to support your body and mind’s natural healing process.

Emotion Release sessions typically last between 15 and 30 minutes, depending on your goals and how your body responds to the session. During that time, we work with the body’s wisdom to identify and release each trapped emotion, one by one. The number of emotions cleared varies from session to session, based on what your subconscious and nervous system are ready to release. Typically, though, clients are able to release 4-10 emotions per session.
The number of sessions you require depends on your individual goals and how your body responds. Most clients will benefit from a series in quick succession, to clear the bulk of their trapped emotions quickly.
Because we release only what your subconscious is ready to let go of, lasting change often happens over time. Many clients start with 3 to 4 sessions, scheduled weekly or biweekly, then purchase on an as-needed basis going forward.

As Albert Einstein once said, "Everything is energy and that's all there is to it." All matter, even down to its subatomic particles, is energy. What we call matter has simply been reduced to a frequency that can be perceived by our physical senses.
Our thoughts and emotions are forms of energy as well. Each with its own unique frequency, which can be high or low in vibration. You can infer which type is “positive” and beneficial vs. “negative” and destructive in nature.
When an emotion isn’t released from the body through normal emotional processing, it becomes trapped. The emotional energy lodges in the body, emanating its low frequency vibration to the tissues it is surrounded by. Due to a concept called resonance, this, in turn, causes the body tissues to also emanate the same low frequency vibration.
This low vibrational energy then negatively affects the energy flow to the tissues it’s lodged within, causing malfunction in the tissue. You can imagine how this can begin to lead to discomfort and pain. This area then becomes a weak spot and additional lower frequency emotions begin to get trapped in the same area. Over time, this can lead to illness and even disease.
By releasing the negative, low vibrational energy in our body, we treat our ailments at the root of the problem.

When we experience intense or overwhelming emotions, especially during times of stress, trauma, or emotional suppression, the body doesn’t always fully process them in the moment. Instead, these emotions can become lodged in the body and nervous system, often becoming sources for pain, illness, or even disease. Often, these emotions become trapped around our hearts, turning into an emotional shield known as the Heart-Wall. The Heart-Wall is what numbs us to our own emotions and keeps us from having close personal relationships.
Trapped emotions are also made when we no longer allow ourselves to feel our emotions. If we stop an emotion and “stuff it down” before we even get to experience it, its energy becomes stuck in the body.
Sometimes, trapped emotions are inherited from our parents, and may even go back many generations. Releasing these inherited emotions is key in breaking free from generational trauma.
Over time, trapped emotions may contribute to patterns of anxiety, tension, physical discomfort, or emotional reactivity. The body holds onto these imprints as a form of protection, but when they’re no longer serving us, they can interfere with our well-being.
Emotion Release sessions help us to safely identify and clear these stored emotions, allowing the body and mind to reset, restoring well-being and connection with others.

A wide range of emotions can be released during a session, including those you may not even realize are still affecting you. Even if you don’t remember a particular experience, its unprocessed emotional energy can still be present with you today.
Common emotional energies encountered during a session include:
Grief
Anxiety
Anger
Fear
Guilt
Shame
Sadness
Resentment
Hopelessness
Overwhelm
These emotions may stem from past experiences, unresolved stress, inherited patterns, or suppressed feelings. Some may be recent; others may go back years or even decades. The subconscious decides what it’s ready to release, so each session is unique.
Clearing these emotional imprints can support greater clarity, emotional balance, and ease in the body and mind. Oftentimes, it can lead to a release of persistent physical symptoms as well.

Integration time varies by individual and the individual emotion being released. Emotions that have been inherited or long-ingrained are likely to take longer to integrate than those more recently trapped.
Many clients notice immediate relief or shifts, while others experience gradual, more subtle changes over days or weeks as their body heals. I recommend checking in with yourself daily to take stock of how you’re feeling and any differences you may have experienced since your session.
During integration, it’s common to feel subtle shifts in mood, energy, or awareness. Clients often report feeling tired and drained after a session. Supporting your well-being with rest, hydration, and self-care can help facilitate this process. On the other hand, some people may experience heightened sensitivity, causing some overreactive responses while healing.
I recommend allowing yourself some time to fully integrate each release before proceeding with additional work. That being said, a week between sessions in the beginning is plenty of time for most people.

Energy meridians are pathways in the body through which vital energy, often called Ki or Prana, flows. These channels are a foundational concept in traditional Chinese medicine and other holistic healing systems, such as Reiki. The meridians correspond to various organs and bodily systems, helping regulate physical, emotional, and energetic health.
In an Emotion Release session, the main meridian in the body, known as the Governing Meridian, is used to clear the trapped emotional energy. Because emotions can disrupt the flow of energy along the body’s energetic pathways, gently stimulating the Governing Meridian helps release trapped emotions and restore energy channels and the body’s natural healing processes.

Remote Emotion Release sessions are conducted via video call or phone call, allowing you to receive healing from the comfort of your home or any other location of your choosing. During the session, we use intuitive methods such as muscle testing (via energetic connection) and guided questioning to identify trapped emotions.
Although you aren’t physically present, the body’s energy system can be accessed remotely through the subconscious mind to locate and release emotional blocks. You remain fully clothed and can sit or lie down in a quiet, comfortable space.
Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person work. They provide flexibility and privacy, making them a convenient option for emotional healing, regardless of your location.

Not a problem—we can still move forward with your Emotion Release session! Normally, once a trapped emotion is identified, I use strong therapeutic magnets along the governing meridian (which runs parallel to the spine). Since your health and safety are always my top priority, in this case I’ll simply use the biomagnetic field produced by my hand to perform the emotion release.
Intention is key in this type of work, and the emotions will be released just as they would in a normal session.

Absolutely! Emotion Release sessions are suitable for adults, children, and pets. The process is gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual – whether human or animal.
For children, sessions are adapted to be age-appropriate and supportive of their emotional well-being. Sessions are the same for pets, but must be held remotely due to office building restrictions.
Remote sessions are also available for children and adults, providing flexible options that fit your individual needs.

To determine if Emotion Release is right for you, think about whether you have experienced any of the following in your day-to-day life:

Overreacting to other’s innocent remarks

There are countless prescription and over-the-counter drugs that can help with many of the above. However, they’re simply a band-aid and don’t truly get to the root of the problem - your energy!
