Booking Services
All sessions must be scheduled through my online booking system. I do not take walk-in appointments.
Appointment or payment requests made through text, email, or third-party services are not accepted. You may reach out to me through my contact page if you have questions before booking.
All online bookings require payment up-front for new clients. I accept in-person and/or cash payment from repeat clients only.
Appointment Hours
If none of the available appointment times work for you at booking, please reach out to me. I can occasionally adjust my hours to allow for appointments outside of my set schedule.
In-person appointments are held at my Blue Ash office. Online and remote appointments are also available.

Healing & Energy Work

Relax, release, and restore with natural energy therapy—a gentle healing therapy that supports balance in body, mind, and spirit. These one-on-one sessions help reduce stress, ease emotional tension, and realign your body through light touch or hands-off techniques. Reiki starts the process of healing by aligning your energy. Ideal for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and physical or spiritual healing at the root cause.
I combine energy healing techniques from Holy Fire Reiki, Violet Flame Reiki, and other chakra and aura cleansing modalities. I may also use sound/vibration and crystals during your session to strengthen and support the healing energies.

Healing Experiences
In addition to a full-body Reiki session, you can choose to include a Healing Experience at no additional cost. These focused sessions offer deeper support on a variety of specific topics and themes.

Please note that an additional 30 minutes is added to the end of each appointment to account for consultation time and discussion.
For first time clients I recommend an Aura & Chakra Cleanse/Rebalance for your first Reiki session. This can be done in either the 30-minute or 60-minute timeframe.

Our emotions exist primarily as a means of communication from our physical bodies to our minds. However, when the emotions created by our bodies get interrupted during the process, the energy of those communications can become trapped in the body.
These unresolved emotions don’t just disappear—they often remain stored in the mind and body for many years, affecting our thoughts, behaviors, and physical health. Often this results in compounding health problems including reduced energy, pain, illness, and possibly even disease.
Using targeted questioning and biofeedback techniques, we can access the body’s natural intelligence to uncover trapped emotions. Once identified, these emotions are released using energy-based clearing methods to improve clarity and emotional regulation, and to remove pain and disease.
How It Works
A standard session includes intuitive evaluation of your trapped emotional energy and complete energetic release for all identified emotions during that session. Multiple sessions are typically needed to fully clear all emotional blockages.
I recommend sessions weekly in the beginning until we’ve worked through the bulk of your trapped emotions and have cleared what is known as the Heart-Wall (the emotions stored around the heart).
The duration of each session is dependent on the number of emotions willing and able to be released at the time of your appointment.

In-person and remote sessions are available for adults & children. Sessions for pets are offered remotely.

Sessions last anywhere from 20-30 minutes, as long as you are able to continue releasing trapped emotions. This is determined on a case-by-case basis at the time of your session.

It typically takes 5-10 sessions to release all the trapped emotions held in the body and in the emotional wall around the heart. I suggest starting with 4 sessions, scheduled weekly to start. After that, you can purchase sessions as needed.
