The website at MysticFox.us is owned and operated by Adrienne Troy, doing business as Mystic Fox, LLC ("Mystic Fox," "I," "me," or "my"). This policy covers my website, my newsletter, my healing sessions, and courses and workshops.

Information You Give Me I collect information you choose to provide when you:

1. Book or pay for a session, course, or workshop

This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address (if needed), age, and the details you share on intake forms, which can be personal or emotional in nature. See "Session and Intake Information" below.

Information Collected Automatically Like most websites, MysticFox.us uses cookies and similar tools that collect information such as your browser and device type, IP address, the pages you visit, how you found the site, and your general location (city or region).

Information From Other Services The tools I use to run my business (such as booking, payment, and email services) may pass me information you gave them, such as a booking confirmation or payment receipt, so I can serve you.

Payment Information Card payments are processed by Square, PayPal, and/or Venmo. I do not see or store your full card number. Please review Square's Privacy Policy, PayPal's Privacy Statement, and Venmo’s Privacy Statement before entering payment details, as their practices may differ from mine.

Session and Intake Information What you share with me for a session, including intake forms and any notes I take, is confidential. I use it only to provide your service and follow up with you. I share it only if you give me permission, if the law requires it, or if it's necessary to protect someone's safety. How this information is handled is also covered in my Service Agreement.

HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

I use your information to:

• Schedule and deliver sessions, courses, and workshops

• Process payments and send receipts

• Send newsletters and updates you've asked for

• Answer your questions

• Improve my website and offerings

• Keep the site secure

WHEN I SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties without your consent, except in these cases:

Service Providers I use vendors who help run my business, such as Substack (my email newsletter), Google (including Google Analytics) and Microsoft/Bing (search and website performance tools), Square and PayPal (payments), [website host, booking/scheduling tool, course platform], as well as web developers, accountants, and business consultants. They may access your information only to do their job for me and are expected to keep it confidential.

Legal and Safety I may release information if I believe it's necessary to comply with federal, state, or local law, respond to a legal request, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Mystic Fox, my clients, or others. This may include sharing with law enforcement or other organizations.

Business Changes If the business is sold or transferred, your information may transfer with it, subject to this policy.

TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

I only post a testimonial, review, or photo with your permission, and I'll ask how you'd like to be identified (full name, first name, initials, or anonymously). You can ask me to remove a testimonial at any time by emailing me. The terms for how I may use testimonials are in my Terms of Use.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR INFORMATION?

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, including:

• Using encrypted (HTTPS) connections on my website

• Relying on payment processors that follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)

• Limiting access to client records and using password-protected accounts.

HOW LONG I KEEP INFORMATION

I keep information only as long as I need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. In general, I keep the following information:

• Client intake and session records: 6 years

• Newsletter subscribers: Until you unsubscribe

• Financial records: 5 years

You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

Marketing Emails I send newsletters and promotions only to people who have asked for them. To stop, click "unsubscribe" in any email or email me at MysticFox.us@gmail.com. I may still send essential messages about sessions or purchases you've made.

Access and Deletion Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information I have about you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. To make a request, email MysticFox.us@gmail.com. I may need to verify your identity, and I'll respond within the time the law requires.

COOKIES

This website uses cookies. You can choose not to provide certain information, but you may not be able to use all of my products and services. Most browsers let you block cookies, be notified when you receive one, or delete them; check your browser's "Help" section.

ANALYTICS & LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Website Tools I use free tools from Google and Microsoft Bing to help my website show up in search results and to see how it's performing, including Google Analytics. My website platform may also collect basic visitor statistics, such as page views and general location. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and receive information like your IP address, device details, and the pages you visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising I do not currently run paid advertising that tracks visitors. 

If I do begin to run paid ads through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads to promote my services, please note that these platforms use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about your visits to my website and your interactions with my ads, such as pages viewed, device details, and IP address. They may use this information to measure how my ads perform and to show you my ads on other websites and apps. I do not give these companies your name or contact details. Each platform handles this information under its own privacy policy.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your device or browser settings, the Digital Advertising Alliance, the Network Advertising Initiative, and the ad settings on each platform you use, such as Google Ad Settings and your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to opt out of the "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising by emailing me at MysticFox.us@gmail.com.

Links to Other Sites My newsletter is hosted by Substack, and my website may link to other websites and apps, including social media platforms. These collect information under their own policies, and I'm not responsible for how they use your information. Please read their privacy policies and terms.

MINORS

My website is intended for adults 18 and older, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through it.

I may provide services to a person under 18 only when a parent or legal guardian books the service and consents on the minor's behalf. In that case, I collect information about the minor from the parent or guardian and, during the session, from the minor. This information is treated as confidential under "Session and Intake Information" above, subject to the exceptions described in my Service Agreement, such as sharing with the parent or guardian and legally required reporting. A parent or guardian may contact me at MysticFox.us@gmail.com to review or request deletion of their child's information. If you believe a child has submitted information to me through the website without a parent's involvement, please contact me and I'll delete it.

CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES, & CHANGES

Your use of MysticFox.us, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this policy and my Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, dispute resolution, and the application of Ohio law.

I may update this Privacy Policy as my business changes. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or a notice on the website. Unless stated otherwise, the current policy applies to all information I have about you.
