  • An Emotion Release session is a gentle, non-invasive process that helps identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the subconscious mind and body. These unresolved emotions can contribute to stress, tension, or patterns that feel hard to shift.

    Using intuitive techniques and biofeedback (such as muscle testing), we access the body’s natural intelligence to uncover emotional blocks. Once identified, these emotions are cleared using energy-based methods – no talk therapy required.

    Clients often report feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced after a session. This work supports nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and overall well-being. Sessions are suitable for adults, children, and even animals, and can be done in person or remotely.

  • An Emotion Release session is relaxed, gentle, and completely guided—you don’t need to prepare or relive past experiences. We begin by identifying trapped emotions through muscle testing and intuitive questioning, then clear them using energy-based techniques. You’ll remain fully clothed and either seated or lying down, depending on your comfort and preference.

    Most clients feel calm and at ease during the session. Some notice physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or energetic shifts, while others simply feel more grounded or peaceful. Each session is unique, but the process is always respectful, confidential, and designed to support your body and mind’s natural healing process.

  • Emotion Release sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your goals and comfort level. During that time, we work with the body’s wisdom to identify and release trapped emotions. The number of emotions cleared varies from session to session, based on what your subconscious and nervous system are ready to release. Each session is tailored to support your unique process—there’s no forcing or rushing.

    The number of sessions you require depends on your individual goals and how your body responds. Some clients notice meaningful shifts after just one session, while others benefit from a series to address deeper or long-standing emotional patterns.

    Because we release only what your subconscious is ready to let go of, lasting change often happens over time. Many clients start with 3 to 4 sessions, scheduled weekly or biweekly, then space them out as needed.

  • When we experience intense or overwhelming emotions, especially during times of stress, trauma, or emotional suppression, the body doesn’t always fully process them in the moment. Instead, these emotions can become “trapped” in the body and nervous system, often stored as energetic imprints in the body. Sometimes, these emotions become trapped around our hearts, turning into an Emotional Shield. Sometimes, these emotions are inherited from our parents, and may even go back many generations.

    Over time, trapped emotions may contribute to patterns of anxiety, tension, physical discomfort, or emotional reactivity. The body holds onto these imprints as a form of protection, but when they’re no longer serving us, they can interfere with our well-being.

    Emotion Release work helps safely identify and clear these stored emotions, allowing the body and mind to reset and restore balance.

  • After booking your appointment, please complete the Client Intake Form available here. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions on how to best prepare for your session. Upon arrival, we will spend about 10 minutes discussing your history, past experiences with energy healing, and any specific concerns you’d like to address.

    After the session, we will spend about 10 minutes reviewing the experience and discussing further treatment options.

  • A wide range of emotions can be released during a session, including those you may not even realize are still affecting you. Common examples include:

    • Grief

    • Anxiety

    • Anger

    • Fear

    • Guilt

    • Shame

    • Sadness

    • Resentment

    • Hopelessness

    • Overwhelm

    These emotions may stem from past experiences, unresolved stress, inherited patterns, or suppressed feelings. Some may be recent; others may go back years or even decades. The subconscious decides what it’s ready to release, so each session is unique.

    Clearing these emotional imprints can support greater clarity, emotional balance, and ease in the body and mind.

  • Integration time varies by individual and the individual emotion being released. Emotions that have been inherited or long-ingrained are likely to take longer to integrate than those more recently trapped. Many clients notice immediate relief or shifts, while others experience gradual changes over days or weeks as their nervous system and subconscious process and heal.

    During integration, it’s common to feel subtle shifts in mood, energy, or awareness. Clients often report feeling tired and drained. Supporting your well-being with rest, hydration, and self-care can help facilitate this process.

    I recommend allowing yourself space between sessions to fully integrate each release before proceeding with additional work.

  • Energy meridians are pathways in the body through which vital energy, often called “Ki” or “Prana,” flows. These channels are a foundational concept in traditional Chinese medicine and other holistic healing systems, such as Reiki. The meridians correspond to various organs and bodily systems, helping regulate physical, emotional, and energetic health.

    In an Emotion Release session, the main meridian in the body, known as the Governing Meridian, is used to clear the trapped emotional energy. Because emotions can disrupt the flow of energy along the body’s energetic pathways, gently stimulating the Governing Meridian helps release trapped emotions and restore natural energy flow and the body’s natural healing processes.

  • Remote Emotion Release sessions are conducted using video calls or phone calls, allowing you to receive healing from the comfort of your home or any other location of your choosing. During the session, we use intuitive methods such as muscle testing (via energetic connection) and guided questioning to identify trapped emotions.

    Although you aren’t physically present, the body’s energy system can be accessed remotely through the subconscious mind to locate and release emotional blocks. You remain fully clothed and can sit or lie down in a quiet, comfortable space.

    Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person work. They provide flexibility and privacy, making them a convenient option for emotional healing, regardless of your location.

  • Absolutely! Emotion Release sessions are suitable for adults, children, and pets. The process is gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual – whether human or animal.

    For children, sessions are adapted to be age-appropriate and supportive of their emotional well-being. Sessions are the same for pets, but must be held remotely due to office building restrictions. 

    Remote sessions are also available for children and adults, providing flexible options that fit your family’s needs.
