What is energy healing?
Energy healing is a holistic therapy that focuses on restoring balance to the body’s energy systems. Reiki, a natural form of energy healing, works by channeling universal life force energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. By infusing the body and auric field with healthy energy, the body and its systems are able to heal themselves naturally.
Reiki is a non-invasive, deeply relaxing practice that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. It’s a gentle, natural process that works alongside traditional medicine.
Many people experience pain relief, stress reduction, and enhanced well-being. This is especially true when traditional methods haven’t provided lasting relief.

I’m Adrienne, founder of Mystic Fox Healing Center, and I’m a firm believer that healing is possible for anyone and everyone.
After witnessing the limitations of conventional medicine for those living with chronic pain (including myself), I was called to offer something different. Through Reiki and energy-based practices, I provide a safe, compassionate space for deep healing for the whole self.
I help people reconnect with their bodies, release energetic blockages, and rediscover their body’s innate ability to heal. Whether you’re already familiar with Reiki or just beginning to explore alternative medicine, I’m here to support you every step of the way
